First and foremost, we would like to thank you for continuing to choose Woodlands Pet for your essential pet supply needs. This situation has been challenging for everyone, but we are proud to be carefully & safely serving our community during this difficult time.
We are a truly local business, here for your pet family since 2006. When you’re out making a supply run, thank you for continuing to trust us with your pet’s shopping list. We appreciate your business, now more than ever, and we are grateful to be helping the pets of Marin stay healthy & happy. We are in this together with you.
In the recent state and county public safety orders, we have been identified as essential to the community. We take that responsibility seriously, and are adhering to the safe practices and guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and the Marin County Department of Health & Human Services.
We are so incredibly grateful for our amazing front-line employees – they are the heart of Woodlands Pet Food & Treats, and their safety is our primary concern with every decision we make.
Here are some of the actions we’ve taken to adapt. We realize this isn’t easy, but we thank you for your understanding with each of these changes:
- Temporary Hours: we are open from
10 AM to 6 PM everyday. Updated June 1st: We are now open 10 to 8 everyday! - Our self-service pet wash is available during these hours.
- We have dramatically increased our cleaning and disinfecting schedule.
- To help reduce the number of people in our stores, we are happy to offer Curbside Pickup service to those who would prefer it. Please order online or call us with your list, and we'll gather your items and bring them to your car.
- Vet and Dental Clinics have resumed with increased safety measures in place.
- Puppy Training Classes have been postponed until it is appropriate to resume.
- We remind customers and employees to practice social distancing, including while in line. This is critical, and we appreciate your understanding if one of our team members feels the need to remind you (it’s so easy to forget!).
With most businesses closed, we are thankful to be able to continue serving our community, to continue providing employment for each one of our truly remarkable employees, and to continue hiring during these challenging times.
